意外と、AIで生成した立ち絵イラストでキャラクターの全身までしっかり映っている例は少なくありません。画像生成AIは平均的な画角を好む傾向があり、「足元が切れる」「顔が崩れる」といった失敗が起きがちです。
そこで、立ち絵素材として活用できる全身イラストを安定して生成するプロンプトをまとめました。これらを組み合わせることで、自然な全身構図を実現しやすくなりますよ。ぜひ活用してみてください。

立ち絵・全身画像にする基本プロンプト

全身の立ち絵の画像が生成したい場合は、

見切れ防止の補助プロンプト

- 「足元にも空間がある」とAIに理解させるのがコツ。

場合によって、靴が描かれずに裸足になってしまった生成パターンもありました。
その場合は、どんな靴を履くのかしっかりとプロンプトに盛り込むと良いでしょう。
カメラ距離・余白を調整するプロンプト

- 「少し引いた構図＋余白あり」の指定で全身が自然に収まりやすい。

靴を指定して全身を安定させる

衣装をしっかりと固定したい人は、服・靴などそれぞれしっかりと色や特徴を指定するようにしましょう。
足元に“意味”を持たせるプロンプト
プロンプト内のher は「彼女の」という意味なので、キャラなどの必要に応じて下記のように変換してください。

例のように、足元に意味を持たせる描写をプロンプトで明確に指確することで、画像生成AIによる全身構図の再現は格段に成功しやすくなります。

足元に何かを描写させることで、必然的に足もしっかりと描かせるテクニックです。
描きたいシーンに応じて使うのが良いですね。

指示通りに「片足が階段の縁にかかる」ではありませんでしたが、これまで描かれなかった階段が描写されることで、足元がよりはっきりと描かれていると感じました。

- 「切り抜き用」や「Live2D用」なら
white background推奨。 - 「サムネ」などの紹介用なら余白を多めにとると文字入れが楽。

完全な白背景にするなら、もう少し強調が必要かもしれませんが、最近はどの生成AIも「背景除去」の機能が優れているので、このくらいのすっきりとした背景ならば、問題なく切り抜けると思います。
推奨アスペクト比とサイズ
- 縦長（例：512×768） が最も安定。
- 正方形（512×512）はつま先が切れやすい。
- 「全身＋余白」を狙うなら 2:3 比率を意識。

全身がまったく写らないこともないが、立ちの態勢が無理やりになったり、たまに足先が切れてしまったりと、生成結果は安定しませんでした。
全身を写すことを目的とするならばアスペクト比を縦長にすることをおすすめします。
